And recently got my hands on the Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint. I really want to try that tint because Fit Me foundation and concealer is my all-time favourite makeup product.

Packaging:
The new Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint with SPF 50 comes in a cute rectangular-like plastic bottle with a nozzle and it has a black colour plastic cap. It has a nozzle dispenser that dispenses the right amount of product when the tube is squeezed. The bottle is very sturdy and also very easy to carry in the bag.
Shades of Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint
In India, there are 6 shades available. The shades are- 01, 03, 05, 06, 08, and 09. It’s the first time I’ve seen a brand introduce a long shade range for skin tint. Most of the affordable BB creams are available in only one or two common shades and that shade is often darker or light for my skin. With this Fit me fresh tint, I am getting an exact shade match which feels really nice! For my fair to medium yellow undertone skin, I picked up 05 shades. And that is the perfect match for my warm skin tone. I use 128 warm beige and 230 natural buff in Maybelline fit me foundation and in concealer 04 medium.
Summers are when our skin gets a bit tan and hence our foundation shade also changes a shade. This is why I think in summer if I want a perfect shade match of Maybelline Fresh Tint I have to mix the two shades 05 and 06. Otherwise, 05 is the perfect shade for my NC30 skin tone.

Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint Review
Consistency and Fragrance of Maybelline Fresh Tint:
Like PONDS BB Cream, Maybelline Fresh Tint has a nice creamy texture. Not runny not too thick. But not heavy on the skin. Glides beautifully on the skin. You can easily blend it with your fingers. And it has a slightly chemical smell just like the FIT Me foundation. But that smell goes away after 2-3 minutes and that smell doesn’t irritate the nose either.
Coverage:
It is a bit thick in consistency and it blends very well. I used fingers for application because a flat foundation brush or Beauty Blender just ate up the cream. Blends like a dream by hand! It doesn’t completely cover skin problems like pores, redness, dark spots, and blemishes, but covers enough, which is perfect for an everyday makeup look. It gave such a nice natural-looking, non-cakey coverage.
But it doesn’t give a matte finish, its coverage is more on the dewy side. I have dry, combination skin, but I’m sure it makes my t-zone oily in summer or humid weather. I need compact or loose powder to set the Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint.
This fresh tint can be layered on dark spots to hide them.
Oxidization:
Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint does not oxidize (it does not turn into a darker shade after some time of application). But it settles with your skin tone. So buy shades that match your skin tone exactly.
Do you need a moisturizer or sunscreen with the Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint?
If it’s summer and you’re in a humid location like me, you can probably go it alone with the Maybelline fresh tint. But if it’s winter and the weather is very dry, your skin will benefit from layering both. But personally, I don’t think it is a replacement for sunscreen or skincare products. Although Maybelline Fit Me Fresh Tint comes with SPF 50 and Vitamin C, during the day, I prefer to layer up sunscreen before applying it. I am not sure about the effect of vitamin C. Because I use it only for 15 days. Maybe it brightens the skin and the face doesn’t look fair after applying it because of vitamin C and sunscreen.

My verdict
In love with this product. It’s so natural on the skin. I don’t like to apply foundation in day-to-day life, but this Maybelline New York Fit Me Fresh Tint made my life easy. First, I was skeptical about the fit me tint, I was not sure because some reviews said it leaves a white cast, but then I gave it a try and it was amazing.
It blended with my skin like a miracle, it almost looks like my second skin. Gives a natural glow with a soft matte finish as well plus the benefit of SPF and vitamin C. Just go for it (For those who are having problems with the white case, I recommend choosing the correct shade so that it doesn’t look white). Doesn’t oxidizes easily. Highly recommend it for college and office-going girls. If you love no-makeup looks then trust me this skin tint is going to be your best friend especially if you have dry skin.
